Wii Fit that is. On Friday I had acheived one of my major mile stones in this weight loss kick – I had dropped below 150kg so I could get a Wii Fit. Of course when I got the Wii Fit on Saturday and got home I had put some weight on and was over the 150kg lim – poo!
I know some people will tell me that the Wii Fit is a waste of money, that it’s rubbish and faddish, but it was a goal and I think that I really need to honour any goals that I set myself, however rubbish.
Honestly I’m not too worried about putting that little bit of weight on. Friday mornings (when I weigh in) are the weight low point of the week, so I’m going to put some on by a Saturday evening, expecially if I make my weekly takeaway a pizza on the Friday night. I’m sure that by the end of this week I’ll be fine and will be wondering why I bought the Wii Fit.
So the next target is 145kg, I’m allowed to buy myself a CD or DVD when I get there. When I get to 140kg I’ll be allowed to buy a new game. Perhaps when I get to 100kg I’ll use that as an excuse to buy a PS3
